The University of Florida provides captioning services for students with accessibility needs. Please follow the process below in order to ensure your needs are met.

1. Contact the DRC by calling 352.392.8565 to schedule an appointment with the Assistive Technology Coordinator either in person, over the phone, or via Skype.
2. Before each semester, the student should provide the AT Coordinator with his/her anticipated captioning needs.
3. At the beginning of each semester, the student should request an accommodation letter via the DRC website then provide it to instructors and teaching assistants (TAs).
